Our advisor planned a wonderful trip for us that began with a night in Cartegena followed by a river cruise in Colombia and time in Bocas del Toro. We especially appreciated the detailed itinerary he created--it made the entire trip easy and stress-free. When we had a travel connection issue along the way, he stepped in right away and helped resolve it. He also arranged thoughtful extras like onboard credits for the cruise and a bottle of wine waiting for us at our first hotel in Cartegena. Every hotel he selected was gorgeous, including La Coralina Island House. It was clear he has great relationships with hotels and travel partners, which resulted in special touches and perks that made the trip even more memorable. His attention to detail made everything seamless, and we would happily work with him again.

We were able to give him our budget and criteria for our vacation and he came up such SUCH good options we jumped on the first one that was presented to us (a Caribbean Cruise), taking advantage of a huge sale to put it in our budget! Very complete. Adam asked questions I had not thought of which made my trip much more complete and delightful. All the travel experiences he arranged were in budget and wonderful. I'm particularly impressed by the assistance from the guides and drivers arranged for me in India.

When my partner and I were thinking about our honeymoon we hadn't considered a travel agent, but when I met Adam at a wedding show I was intrigued by his commitment to sustainable travel that was also culturally-conscious. Adam's travel experience really shone through with my recent trip to Thailand. He made it as involved and relaxing as I wanted. He coordinated perfect activities for even the smallest thing I mentioned. When I said I liked to learn a new recipe, he came back with a culinary experience adding to my repertoire for home. When I said I liked tea, down to a specific flower, he arranged a day privately touring markets and shops, with samples, custom blending, and plenty of opportunity to stock up on unique and local beauties. I'll never forget eating my own tom yum soup or finding the blue flowers of an chan growing wild. Even when something needed adjusting, like a pickup location, Adam always had a solution before I even knew -- and in the end, any change or suggestion just added a better experience I might have missed, taking me more places I learned to love. Touches like notes and gifts at hotels blew me away, new things to try. Adam's expert guidance brought out my confidence.

Adam was a great agent! Everything we wanted, all questions answered in a timely manner. We brought our Mom's with us (70+ yrs of age) helped with question about wheel chairs and how to rent scooters. You name it, he did it! From flights to transportation to and from hotel.
